2014 Season


Track season begins March 1 and continues until the end of May. This season there are four practice meets during the regular season. These meets are intended to provide competitive opportunities to improve performance and for athletes and to obtain qualifying times and scores for the finals.

Track & Field Dates

This season we will be following the Area A schedule of 5 Practice Meets leading up to the Regional 17 Championships and beyond.

The dates are subject to change, but we should be pretty solid on the below:

Practice Meets:

  • Practice Meet #1: Sunday, March 23, 2014
  • Practice Meet #2: Sunday, March 30, 2014
  • Practice Meet #3: Sunday, April 6, 2014
  • Practice Meet #4: Sunday, April 13, 2014
  • Practice Meet #5: Sunday, April 27, 2014


    • Region 17 Championship:
    • Saturday May 3, 2014
    Area Championship Meets: - Most likely at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School
    • May 17, or 18, 2014
    Archdiocesan Championship Meet: - Franklin Field
    • May 31, 2014 
    Practice Meet Facilities:
    • As of today DW has confirmed as one of our host stadiums for the season.
    • We are waiting to have the above dates confirmed for Bishop Shanahan.  This should be done this week
    • We are waiting for one other facility to confirm. 
      • I will have a meet schedule drawn up within the next week.
